SALARY RANGE: $49,613 – $74,420

· ROTATING ABC SCHEDULE
· COMBINATION, 10 CAREER POSITIONS, WITH FUTURE GROWTH

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or GED
· NC Class B Driver’s License
· NC Firefighter I & II (NFPA 1001)
· NC Driver/Operator – Pumps (NFPA 1002)
· Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC)
· 1+ year active firefighting experience (2+ years preferred)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• NC Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
• NC Firefighter II
• Driver/Operator — Aerial Apparatus
• Hazardous Materials Operations Level
• ICS 100, 200, 700, 800
• NC Technical Rescuer Certification
• Traffic Incident Management (TIMS)
