• Town of Louisburg Closed Due to Coronavirus Concerns

    Attention Town of Louisburg: Due to the Coronavirus concerns and the safety of all personnel all Town Of Louisburg buildings will be closed to the public except Town of Louisburg Police department beginning, Tuesday March 17th.

    Utility payments can be made via Town of Louisburg Online Bill Pay (www.townoflouisburg.org), IVR system (888-633-9408), Town of Louisburg Night Drop Box (located outside the door at Town Hall).

    Important Note: -All Debit/Credit Card Fees via Online/IVR will be waived. / Your Bills/Debt will not be forgiven or erased. Please contact Town of Louisburg Customer Service Department at 919-496-3406.

    -Cut Offs have been suspended.

    -If you wish to use the night drop box at Town Hall please use an envelope with name and address with Exact Change (any amount over will be applied to the next bill) Check or Money Order made out to the Town of Louisburg.

    -We will continue to take residential/commercial work orders and customer concerns by phone (919-496-3406).

     

  • Police Department office closed to public

    The Police Department office/lobby will be closed from March 31, 2020, through the expiration of Governor Cooper’s executive orders limiting non-essential activities due to the coronavirus outbreak.  Please call our main line at (919)496-4175 for all non-emergency needs or 911 for all emergencies.

Safe Plates Certification Class

A training program for food protection manager certification

What is NC Safe Plates? NC Safe Plates is a food safety certification course developed by NC State University. Certification is based on passing an ANSI-approved exam from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Passing this exam satisfies the North Carolina requirement for a certified food protection manager.

Who should attend? This is a comprehensive program for food service managers and supervisory staff in restaurants, hospitals,nursing homes, schools and other food handling establishments.
