The Property and Street Maintenance Department ensures the town is neat, clean, and charming. Their work includes maintaining 32 acres of public green space and 25 miles of streets, as well as caring for 7 gateway landscapes. The department also plays a vital role in town events, coordinating street closures, setup, and cleanup for occasions like Friday Night on the Tar, BBQ in the Burg, and the Annual Christmas Parade.
