Louisburg Power

As a Public Power Community, Louisburg Power is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Town’s electrical grid. Our grid is comprised of several hundred miles of overhead and underground primary three-phase and single-phase conductors, 142 decorative light fixtures and poles serving the downtown and business districts. More than 300 pad-mount and several hundred pole-mounted transformers provide electrical service to our 491 commercial and 1700 residential customers.
